The driver will call within 24 hours of delivery to set up a time for delivering your car.
Once at the destination, it is your responsibility to inspect the car and to note any pre-existing damage. These should be listed upon pick up and signed by the person authorized to release your car. Please be certain to note any damage not already on the Bill of Lading prior to signing the form. Should there be any damage, contact Care Free Auto Transport, Inc. at which time we will advise you on your claim. If the entire transport fee has not been prepaid, then upon delivery the balance is due to the driver in the form of cash or certified check only.

Is my AUTO car insured?
Your car is insured for the Blue Book value the entire time it is on the truck. Clearly listed on your Shipping Order and Bill of Lading are occurrences not covered. At the time of pick-up, a condition report is filled out and signed by both the person turning the car over and the truck driver and you are given a copy. Upon delivery of your vehicle, this same report is presented. You should compare the condition of the vehicle to the report thoroughly at that time. If you feel damage has occurred to your vehicle during delivery, you must note it on the report before you sign it and the driver leaves. Any claims made after the report has been signed will not be honored.

What if I cancel my AUTO TRANSPORT order?
You may cancel your order at any time as long as your vehicle has not been assigned to a truck for pick up. Any deposit that has been paid will be refunded, less a $35 administration fee if you paid with a check or credit card. If your vehicle has already been assigned to a carrier, the deposit is non-refundable. That money will be used to pay for the truck that is already in route to your pick up location.

Q.What if my vehicle does not run?
A.We will add additional charges to cover an inoperable vehicle in our quote if you inform us up front of the vehicle's condition. We will add $200 plus loading and unloading charges to your quote if we are not informed of the vehicle's true condition.We have attempted to answer some of the questions people most often ask. Shipping Process
1.Once you have accepted our price quote for transporting your car, we will mail, fax or e-mail the necessary Shipping Agreements to you. These you need to sign and return to us along with your deposit in the form of a Certified Check, Money Order or credit card. You can also download our Order Form and Terms & Conditions.2.Upon receipt of your signed agreements and deposit, we will begin scheduling your car for transport.3.Once a transporter has been assigned, the driver will contact the person at origin to schedule a time for pick up.4.The driver will arrive to pick up your car and will inspect your vehicle for any pre-existing damage. The driver will give a copy of the inspection report to the person you have assigned to release your car. Your car will be loaded and will be in transport to your destination. The driver will be making stops along the way to load and unload additional cars that he has scheduled to move.5.The driver will call within 24 hours of delivery to set up a time for delivering your car.6.Once at the destination, it is your responsibility to inspect the car and to note any pre-existing damage. These should be listed upon pick up and signed by the person authorized to release your car. Please be certain to note any damage not already on the Bill of Lading prior to signing the form. Should there be any damage, contact B&B Haulers, Inc. at which time we will advise you on your claim. If the entire transport fee has not been prepaid, then upon delivery the balance is due to the driver in the form of cash or certified check only.Tip of the Week "Carfax World"Take my word on this folks!1. Always do a Carfax.2. Carfax's are NOT always right. I have seen more than one that was wrong! If you do have a wrong carfax on your car, its VERY tough to get it reversed on the report.3. But, this is a Carfax world. So, if you want to sell your car retail, you need a CLEAN Carfax with each car/truck. A "bad" carfax can make the sale very hard!4. Ever seen a carfax with Frame Damage? See this Report5. Ever seen a carfax with a Salvage title? See this Report6. Ever seen a carfax with Odometer Rollback? See this ReportIts interesting how Carfax has became this machine in the car business. I do not really see it going away anytime soon. So just know, the rules have changed and you have to play the Carfax game on MOST cars.
